Spinz operates in full compliance with applicable gaming laws and maintains a policy framework dedicated to fair play, player protection, and transparent governance of all activity on the platform.

Spinz adheres to the authority’s rules on player verification, funds protection, and anti-fraud controls, and undergoes periodic audits by independent third-party testers to verify integrity and compliance.
Game Fairness and Randomness
All games on Spinz rely on certified random number generators. RNG outputs are generated in a tamper-evident environment, with internal logs and external audit trails that ensure outcomes are unpredictable and statistically verifiable. Independent audits assess the fairness of game logic, and the results are available to the regulator and, where appropriate, disclosed to players in the game rules.
Transparency of Odds and Payouts
Spinz provides clear game rules that describe how outcomes are determined and the expected return to player (RTP) where applicable. Dispute Resolution and Complaints
We maintain a formal complaints policy. Players may submit complaints through the in-account support center or designated contact form. We acknowledge receipt within a defined timeframe and provide a substantive response within seven to fourteen days. If a player remains dissatisfied, they may escalate to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider in accordance with applicable law, and the outcome of such procedures is binding or consultative as permitted by the jurisdiction.
Fraud Prevention and Anti-Collusion
Spinz monitors gameplay for suspicious activity and enforces anti-cheating measures. We conduct verified identity checks (KYC) and implement device fingerprinting and IP analysis to detect and deter multi-accounting, bot usage, and collusion. Any detected activity is investigated and may result in sanctions including account suspension or closure, and funds recovery where appropriate.
Policy Updates and Notices
Spinz reserves the right to amend this Fair Play Policy. Material changes will be communicated to players via in-account notices and, where required by law, regulatory filings. Continued use of the platform after such notices constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Effective Date
This Fair Play Policy is effective as of the date of publication and governs all activities conducted on Spinz unless superseded by subsequent updates.
